Warm colours and high-class wood surfaces define the basic atmosphere. Guests are seated on leather and have the choice of different levels. Indirect light and – wherever possible – daylight provide a friendly luminance. Our freshness on offer is celebrated in the open counter. The product communication is thereby clear, elegant but not ubiquitous. The exact building costs and costs of equipment for the restaurant are dependant on the location and the existing conditions. This, as well as other conditions can lead to a total investment sum that varies greatly above or below the presented alternatives. Main influencing factors are, together with the placement of the SWISS BREAK® partner restaurants (food court centre, shopping centre or detached location), also the costs that become necessary for building measures, the respective available effective area, the number of possible seatings and the associated total interior design costs. Other typical costs, e.g. costs for renovations in the outdoor area, could not be taken into consideration.
